Harry Gerth
TSTA-O Transactional Analysis in Organizations

Harry runs his own TA-institute in the Netherlands and is also teaching abroad. He provides foundation and specialization years, workshops, lectures etc. and supports students on their way to international qualification.
He has more than 35 years of experience as an HR-manager, HR-consultant, coach and trainer within the government and private sector.

Dr. Sylvia Schachner
TSTA-E Transactional Analysis in Education.

Sylvia is living and working in Vienna. Her professional background is working as educational manager in primary schools, working as school counsellor in the area of school development and in private practice as supervisor and trainer of single persons and groups.
Sylvia has completed her studies of psychology at the University of Vienna, she got her teaching degree at the Pedagogic University and completed her transactional analyze training in Germany, Switzerland and the U.K. Since last November, she is TSTA in the educational field and works with training groups in different countries of Europe. Her special interests are intercultural learning and constructive problem solving behavior. Sylvia works resource orientated with a systemic point of view.
In recent years, Sylvia published articles about intercultural learning and teaching in multicultural contexts, the latest is in the German TAJ and in the new book edited by Trudy Newton and Giles Barrow: Educational Transactional Analyses.
Currently she is the EATA delegate for Austria and one of the Vice Presidents there. She is a Vice President in her national association ÖGTA, the Austrian Transactional Analysis Association.

Elena Soboleva
TSTA-P Transactional Analysis in Psychotherapy

Elena Soboleva – psychologist, Certified Transactional Analyst in psychotherapy field (CTA-P), Training and Supervising Transactional Analyst in psychotherapy field (TSTA-P).
She took part in the 1st international program of TA training in Russia in the psychotherapy and educational fields.
From the very beginning of TA development in Russia Elena took part in the foundation of TA community (SITA). She became SITA member in 1990 as one of the co-founders. She was member of the Board since 1992, President of SITA 2006-2010, delegate to EATA Council since 2012 to 2016. Since 2020 Elena has become EATA vice-president.
Elena was the first among Russian-speaking transactional analysts who was awarded with a EATA СOC silver medal.
She is interested in applying of co-creative TA in psychotherapy field.
Currently Elena continues intensive training and social activities.
In 2011, she initiated the International Project for the translation of articles published in TAJ, which received the E.Berne Prize. In addition to SOTA, the Armenian and Ukrainian TA Associations (AATA, SOTA, UATA) took part in this project. The project is aimed at supporting the educational process and preparing specialists for TA exams. The translated articles in electronic form are in the libraries of AATA, SOTA, UATA.

Marij Peeters
TSTA-С Transactional Analysis in Counseling

Marij is TSTA in Counseling, MSc Psychologist, Familytherapist, Educationalist. As a trainer she works for different institutions (TA and not TA) in the Netherlands and sometimes abroad. Marij likes to teach in TA and combine this with systemic theories. She developed a method and training in which she works with constellations with duplo-dolls and integrate TA (ego-states, script, contracting).
Marij is inspired by the narrative (co-creational) approach and transgenerational approach. She combines these approaches with attachment approaches inside TA and outside TA. Marij works as a counselor and family-therapist/educationalist in a private practice with families, couples and individuals. Marij gives supervision, individually or in groups.

— The recording of the entire event will be provided to the participants only.
